MEN’S BASKETBALL: For the men. Are you finding yourself spending too much time sitting around? Come out twice a week and get some exercise in a fun environment, hone your skills, and enjoy some friendly competition. Scheduled Mondays & Wednesdays from September 11 - December 13, for 26 classes from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. in the elementary gym. Registration Fee is $20 or $2 per class. Instructor: Dwayne Haskins. ***Every person on their first visit must sign a waiver***

LET’S DANCE: Learn the Art of Dance! Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballroom, and Belly Dance (just to name a few) will be the focus of the class. Each lesson will end with yoga and meditation. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. All ages, levels, and physically challenged individuals are welcome. NO PRESSURE, JUST FUN! Scheduled Mondays from September 11 - November 13 for 9 classes from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. Registration fee is $45. Instructors: Heidi Brown and Sondra Warnick Holland.

THE 3 GREATEST M&MS: The 3 Greatest M&Ms in life are not candy! They are MINDFUL, MUSICAL, and MEDITATION. This is an Asian presentation unifying Dance, the Arts, Gentle Yoga, and Meditation. This class will occur after the Dance session. Rise beyond – glide upwards. Have you always wished to rise above your inspirational dreams? Sondra, a meditation devotee, has spent her life studying in Asia. Her dream is to unite Indian and Buddhist teachings with Western practices. Included are the teachings of Ahimsa, non-violence, and Ashtanga, the eight-fold path. Bring a yoga mat, a rug or towel and loose clothing. 13 years through seniors are welcome. Scheduled Mondays from September 11 - November 13 for 9 classes from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. Registration fee is $45. Instructor: Sondra Warnick Holland, NY State certified vocal and art teacher.

WALKING THE HALLS: There is no pre-registration for the walking program. There will be a sign-up sheet in the high school lobby. Please carry a photo ID when walking. Walking will be Monday - Thursday, starting September 11, 2023 from 3:30 - 8:00 p.m.

AQUACIZE: Looking for an easy-on-the-joints workout? Try Aquacize and work out in the pool! Get into shape and enjoy the benefits of this fabulous joint-friendly exercise! The class is fast-paced and cardio-intense but can be modified to fit all participants. *NOTE: The water temperature will NOT be colder than normal this year. Scheduled Tuesdays & Thursdays from September 12 - November 2 (no class 10/31, class will be 10/30 instead) for 16 classes from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. at the pool. Additional dates in November & December will be announced. Registration fee is $40. Instructor: Jean Mahaney.

SIT & FIT: All ages can benefit from this light and easy class, which will include simple chair exercises and stretching to some fun music.  We will include the use of stretch bands and light weights if you choose to bring this equipment to class with you.  Some meditation will conclude the class.  Come and have fun while you stay fit!  Bring a mat for meditation time if you prefer to use the floor. Scheduled Tuesdays & Thursdays from September 26 - October 26 for 10 classes from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the high school library. Registration fee is $30. Instructor: Betty Bates

YOGA/PILATES: A great starting point for beginners, yet highly beneficial to the experienced exerciser. This gentle exercise will leave you invigorated and relaxed. Pilates focuses on the strengthening of “core” muscles that help to define and elongate your body. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat. Scheduled Wednesdays from October 4 - November 15 for 7 classes from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the elementary chorus room. Registration fee is $5 per class. Instructor: Karen Bogosian, Fitness & Aerobics Instructor.

GENTLE MORNING STRETCH: Come and join a calming and relaxing time stretching. The exercises will be gentle to the body. Relax to calming music. We will end the session with some meditation. Bring a mat and water. Scheduled Saturdays from October 7 - October 28 for 4 classes from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Crowe Commons. Registration fee is $12. Instructor: Betty Bates.

5-HOUR PRE-LICENSING COURSE: Completion of this New York State Dept. of Motor Vehicle 5-hour pre-licensing course allows students to earn the MV278 certificate, which is needed to sign up for a road test at the DMV. NOTE: Students ages 16 & 17 MUST take the 5-hour course IN PERSON. They may NOT complete it online. Bring food, drink, and (proof of) your learner’s permit. Scheduled Saturday, October 21 from 8:00 am – 1:00 p.m. in Room 164. Registration fee is $40. Instructor: Angela Bittinger. ***MINIMUM 8 students ***

REGISTRATION: Follow these 2 steps to register: 1. Call 951-8111 and leave a message with your name, number, and the name of your course(s). You WILL NOT receive a confirmation call. You WILL be called if the course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment. 2. Send in your money promptly, with this registration form and your course fees. (Include separate checks for each person.) NOTE: You are not permanently registered until we receive your course fee. Enroll early. Money must be received before the class begins. *There is a 15% discount for those aged 65 years and older.

*Classes will not meet when school is not in session or due to inclement weather. If you have any questions, please contact your instructor regarding cancelations. The local radio/television stations will also provide weather-related closings.
